Asian Pork Tenderloin & Slaw

Asian marinated grilled pork tenderloin from Anne Burrell and olive oiled and salted bread.

Pork grilled direct on all sides until deeply browned...about 4 minutes a side.

...then moved indirect until an internal of 140*. This took a lot longer than I would have thought, probably 15 minutes. I did only use a half a chimney of fuel, though.

I just found some pork tenderloins on sale and thought to myself how should I grill one?
Now I know, terrific meal Don!
 
Looks great Don. I think that's the best looking grilled bread I've ever seen, too. What are you drinking? It looks like Coors but doesn't look right.
