Picked up a nice fillet at Costco, dry seasoned with Szechwan Spicy Five Spice and in the fridge for a few hours, made some Country French Bread this morning. Someone already got to one of the loaves I see!

Made a wonderful marinade to baste the fish with, Thai Red Chili Sauce, Soy, Rice Vinegar, Brown Sugar and diced Ginger and Garlic. On the stove to reduce for about 20 minutes.

Made a saute to add to the Brown Jasmine Rice. One medium Leek done as Jac instructed, Sesame seed toasted and some Sesame Oil, diced garlic Ksher and fresh ground

Fish on the Genny basted four times with the marinade, now done

As always, Bill, great looking grub! It hasn't been a banner year for us for wild, local salmon, so that really looks good!
