Another example of gas station barbecue, but way less good than The Thumb or Joe’s Kansas City BBQ. Available in chopped brisket and chopped pork with sauce included, they are made to order at the deli counter. I think I liked the pork version the best, but to be honest it was hard to distinguish much flavor difference between them.

These sammies are not going to win any beauty contests, but they’re better than a dried-out convenience store roller hot dog!

We've got a QT that just opened up in town. I've curious to see if they have that sandwich!

All of the QT's in the KC area, and there are a lot of them, have that sandwich now but I have not tried one. If it is made to order in the deli it might not be too bad. I hope it isn't just cooked meat with bbq sauce.
