yup, bought some pork steaks when I was at Jacob's on Wednesday...
also, this bottle of pig rub.

used a bit of it to cover the steaks, then lettum sit a spell before lightin'up the grill

had a buncha used-unlit charcoal as a base with about six or seven hunks of lit lump atop.
tossed on some apple hunksa wood too for smoke.
those are Yukons on the Weber warming rack.

the dome temp read 300ºF over the pork and they were on for two hours or so

same with the taters, two hours or so

steamed cauliflower was added to the supper plate

the pork steaks were certainly fork tender, probably the most tender steaks I've ever cooked
Mutha sauce was served on the side along with a cool Alaskan Beer named Summer

A Superb cook Jim! That plate looks inviting...some of the best looking baked taters aswell! 2 thumbs up!

They are perfect!
Love nice and full plates.
As has been said, you're the king of pork steaks (and Bob too;))
