Everytime I think my arsenal is nearly complete I find one more thing...

Like just this morning I bought a Gabby grill attachment for my 14" WSM & the Smokey Joe.

They don't or didn't make a vortex for the 14" or Smokey Joe so I had to build my own! Mines square but it works great even in the smaller grill.

The vortex is real deal chicken making machine, not ten minutes ago my daughter was asking why we haven't made wings in so long, so I will be breaking out the vortex to remedy that here soon.
