Hi gang - I was out shopping yesterday and Safeway has Lobstah tail on sale and I knew I had a rib eye in the freezer awaiting a special occasion... done and done!

Tonight's meal was grilled on Red Jenny. A recipe I found suggested adding Sriracha to the drawn butter, which I'll do again! I also added minced garlic. The rice is a blend from TJs. Bad Santa is (was) very good. Thanks for stopping by to my fellow Oregonians: keep dry & warm! Seventh day of solid rain here in the valley; 4.25" for the month so far... see ya around the fire!

That's a great cook Brian, had to be seriously good. You guys up north are getting hammered with all that rain. Nothing here, but they say 2-6 inches of the white stuff tomorrow.
