Another last minute and fast cook

We got a boston butt and seasoned first with webers chicken and rib seasoning. Then smeared with yellow mustard and add grill mates sweet and smokey rub.

Got my wsm ready and put the butt on @300 high heat cook again. Used 3 apple and 2 hickory chunks. No water in the pan just foil.

Made me a few of this drinks. Captain Morgan and cherry coke. Had to take it easy and didnt feeling like drinking beer today. This drinks are good. (Almost finished the whole bottle)

Almost done. After 4 hours I wrapped with cherry coke. And put in bottom rack because Maribel made cupcakes for my kids

Great cook Tony... Capt n' coke used to be my drink of choice on fri and sat nights out... Hey, that coleslaw looks wicked good too... Nice job... Well done!

Now back to the fast cook.

Nothing fancy in out coleslaw. It's a "Mexican" style coleslaw. Get the ready mix bag of coleslaw and add 1/2 cup mayo and 1/4 cup of sour cream. 1 tsp of black pepper and of salt. Taste it and see if needs more salt or pepper to your taste. Mix well and let it be happy for at least 30 min.
 
Exceptional meal as always, Tony & Maribel! For me, the words "pork butt" and "last minute" are never in the same sentence, so the fact that you can get those results in that amount of time is just mind-blowing.
 
You keep duping me Tony: "simple", "last minute", "late night", "fast & easy", an' than you (and your sous chef) crank out the most amazing meals! Great meal once again, Boss!
