We've been busy trying to put up some halibut in the freezer..here was a recent trip!!

How far do you go out for halibut, Morgan? Down here it's 20 - 30 miles offshore.

Man, while I love and respect a great piece of fried fish... I probably couldn't talk myself into frying such a fresh piece of fish. Don't get me wrong.. I'd eat that meal in a heart beat! Thanks for sharing!

Phenomenal post, Morgan! Truly breathtaking photos of the fishing expedition. I've only had the opportunity to try fried halibut once in my life while on vacationing on the west coast, and it was outstanding, but nowhere near as fresh as yours.
