Annual BBQ Event

Well I made it thru another Annual BBQ Event! I smoked 7 Briskets, 8 Pork Butts, 24 Racks of Ribs, & 100 Sausages. Made Potato Salad, BBQ Beans, Cole Slaw, & Peach Cobbler. After staying up all night cooking then doing the same the next day I was too tired to take pictures! Lot of work for one old man but I got it done. Here’s a couple Pics of the Event. They gave me an Apron which read “Don’t Make Me Mad or I’ll Poison Your Food & everybody signed it. We had Live Entertainment & a Good Time was had by all
