Ok try number 2 to post this...I started getting into a good story but when I copied the first pic I lost the whole works...
Mr chuck roast ...indirect at 350 with S&P...apple smoke!

After a couple hours!

Tossed it with some peppers and onion, garlic and Alaskan stout.

While that was all tucked in on the grill I managed to put up some rather lame Christmas lights up..just not into it and tired of buying new lights every frigging year!

After another 2 or so hours we pulled the meat out!

Shredded

Served on a warm torta with some shredded cheddar and tots.

This is probably one of my favorite recipes I have gotten from this wonderful site!!
