After stainless flavorizer bar upgrade: Hazy grey-black discoloration on meat

I bought this one for use in the Man Cave. The 7.5hp 80gal. tank vertical in the garage is a bit overkill for small jobs and I can run this one late at night or early in the morning without disturbing the Warden.
