ABT's

I made some ABTs yesterday. Funny since 2 weeks ago I had to look up what they even were. I stuffed them with chopped up mini sausage links and cream cheese. I saw that recipe on another site. Didn't use any other ingredients or spices. Just jalapeños, bacon, cream cheese, and sausage.

I cooked them over indirect heat in OTS with some apple wood for smoke. I thought they would take about 2 hours but think I used too much charcoal because they were done in about an hour. They turned out awesome, I'll cook these again.

Sorry for the video being a little slow. Was my first attempt. I have a hard time loading photos so thought I'd give a video a try.
