A Steven Raichlen-Thon ......

As much as I liked episode 1 , I did not like episode 2. The prunes and hard boiled eggs in a chicken breast did not make we want to try it. The " matambre " is not what I'd like to do with the flank steak. I'd make tacos with it. And I'm not a fan of the " mystery box " . I really liked to see him have guests.

I finally found it on my tv, 2.1 in 3 minutes and the darn channel is flickering in and out. Show #3, hope I get to see it.

The channel behaved itself, just a few quick flickers.
Whatever you do, don't click on print on his website. I wanted the recipe for his breakfast pizza and wound up with 4 PAGES of stuff, 1 page alone was just pictures of his sponsors logo's.

This weeks episode was better, breakfast pizza looked good, but dayuumm that bacon wrapped cinnamon roll was off the charts .........wow , that made my mouth water.

Take a screen shot of the recipe and edit/print it from a photo editing program. (Screen shot deleted because it's probably copyrighted.)

He lost me when he cooked on insanely expensive cookers.
I would edit this if I could, when my first son was around 3 we would watch SR and my son loved it.
I watched some project fire the other day and enjoyed it.

Hi Bruno, so glad you changed your mind. Your son has great taste. lol ;)

(wish Chris would have let us keep our edit abilities)
