Last night fancied some chicken as the weather was good, so went home and fired up the performer. I had one coal basket full of weber long lasting briquettes and one of aussie heat beads. The weber briquettes took ages to get ready compared to the heat beads. Glad i am no longer in posssession of any weber briqs (only got them as a freebie from Weber UK due to getting a bag of damp ones from a national DIY store in an emergency)

Get some corn whilst we wait for the coals to stabilise

Onion powder and celery salt for SWMBO with added cayenne pepper for me. Cant get it in the husks easily here

So, get some legs and rub em with Webers Kick N Chicken at the last minute as they were defrosting in the fridge for a day

The other way up with some evoo and rub on the skin side and trussed to keep the bone in for grilling

Thanks, again no apologies whatsoever for the lack of relative artistic flair :p

Great job on the cook. But there is not enough for the rest of us. I know I can handle at least a plate and a half. :)
