A Simple Sirloin

Jim Lampe

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Wednesday night we celebrated Liz' dad's 88th birthday at a local joint called Joey Gerard's
There, I had one of their specialty drinks, Joey's Martini.
It was soo good, I bought the ingredients (sans the orange peel) yesterday to make my own at home.

...and it was just as good here as it was there:)
Picked up this steak from the grocer, dumped some Lea & Perrins® with EVOO on it then seasoned it with S&P

The sirloin was just ok, nothing special. Everything else was nice.
Thanks for stoppin' by!

Jim that's a delicious plate of food!! You know how to cook and plate and great meal.

...your perfect cooking returns to us like a boomerang. Again and again...
This also applies to this post.
Just a beautiful Jim's classic.

Don't nothing beat a sirloin and a High Life! Looks great Jim! You really should try to avoid washing plastic martini glasses in the dishwasher as they tend to warp!

Oh man I am now hungry all over again!!! Jim your killing me with these super platters of vittles!!

All looks super!

Great looking sirloin Jim! Do those guys from the High Life commercials ever stop by for a bite?
