A little lamb and some skirt steak.

Cut up a rack of lamb and picked up a skirt steak from my butcher. Rubbed both with a combo of SPOGOS and Carne Crosta, a fantastic combo both from Oakridge.
Made a fresh batch of chimichurri and we have some potatoes on the Q-320.

Is that the Master Touch getting some love. Everything looks great. The last rack of lamb I got I cooked it whole. The next one I get I am going Canra Crosta after I cut them up before I cook them.

I didn’t realize how much grease I let drip in the SmokeFire from that brisket, for some reason when I wrapped it I didn’t put the pan back.
loved firing up the charcoal!!
 
Awesome cooks. Check out the Weber 7402 charcoal rails, I think you'll like them better than the baskets.
