first let me start by apologizing for not responding to my last post... to say that the past few days have been rough would be a gross understatement.

i made myself cook something... even if it was just durned sausages.

i had to force myself to get out there and fire up the grill.... and i had to force myself to take pictures..... and im posting these pictures even though i really dont want to. i gotta keep a grip on who i am. so here goes...


a total want buy.... heck i felt i deserved it.


some peppers and onions and some nice cheese bread that my daughter thought would be great on the new CI grill, she made a good choice.


the sausages off the fire.... which i burned. sigh... oh well, at least i was out there.

Its funny...I did burn them. Don't know what I was thinking but I put them back on after that pic and I charred a few.

I'm actually out here starting a late cook..... and I see the rain wants to stop me. Looks like I will be cooking in the rain....

Looks great to me Becky! You can't go wrong with a griddle in my opinion. Keep in mind that most of the food pictures you see on TV and in magazines probably aren't even edible.

That looks very good to me in fact what i like the most is is that you used the grill to make up all that stuff a lot of people just cook the sauage and heat up the bread, no you did it all.
