Apologies...seems like I've only been posting pizzas lately. Was using up some good dough and did a few. Stop me if you've heard this one before...

Pepperoni for my son, a developing carnivore:

This one was unique. Base was vodka sauce...

Topped with basil, sausage, mozzarella

Cooked over JD. Got the temps north of 600, but not by much. Too heavy on the toppings.

But this one was amazing. Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, mushrooms. Again, a bit heavy handed with the 3 cheese blend of fontina, mozzarella and provolone. Best I've done in a while.

Tim,
Those look so good, the second and third pies are special!!! I have not master pizzas yet, as soon as the weather breaks it is going to active process of upping my pie game, keep your post coming, the inspire me know I got to get on this!
