Been so hot that I really don’t like being outside at all right now. But we did do a few cooks. One was a bottom round roast that I did on the E320 with the rotisserie. Came out so much better than just roasting it.
A few plate shots a grilled balsamic marinated boneless skinless chicken breast with a balsamic glaze that was truly outstanding.
Then last night we used the little griddle to make some smashed burgers with homemade fries and again this morning we made a breakfast loco moco on it with hash browns, homemade breakfast sausage a fried egg and country gravy. Good Stuff!
