Thank you for visiting:)

You weren't lyin' about how nice those chuck-eyes are/were Jim!
And you grilled them up proud!

Some day I hope to make a run up Nort for a Hasselback tutorial, and a spatchcock tutorial, and........... ad infinitum!

thanks folks:)
Geir, i just baste the sliced potato every 20 to 25 minutes with the melted butter or whatever i use...
in this case, it was simple olive oil

Hope everyone's favourite NFL team wins today!
Unless your favourite is The Titans of Tennessee ;)

Thanks Michelle :)
using two wood spoons, one on each side of the potato, slice down until the knife hits the wood spoon...
therefore, not cutting thru the potato.
Oh yeah, one more thing, do this BEFORE enjoying your favourite adult libation ;)

Awesome cook, as usual, you're a potato artiste too! Mine never look that nice, fine work sir. Love the roasted cauliflower as well, I roast mine in CI with a bit of curry powder and throw a bit of cilantro and fresh lemon on at the end.
