9.5LB Shoulder

Started with a 9.5lb shoulder that was on sale for $0.99lb. Seasoned only with kosher salt and black pepper under cellophane overnight. My 14 year old and his buddies were out giggin frogs and killed a cotton mouth and a water snake behind our house as I was pulling the shoulder off.

Nice work Adam... Pulled pork sandwiches look good. How many times did you need to reload the mini with charcoal?

The ashes got pretty thick. I emptied those out once and added about 20 KB briquettes. Otherwise I might have been able to do the whole cook on one load of charcoal. I simply need a taller ash cover in the mini. I've got a medium sized tuna can in there now.
