Guess what? My cousin and I smoked pork shoulder and chicken for my dad's 70th Birthday/Family Reunion Saturday....down in southwest Mississippi. Everything turned out just fine, but lets just say congrats on the ATC. You might need be glad you have it if you ever have to smoke all night in a tropical depression.
