First time seeing them at Costco.
I've cooked sirloin caps before, but they had the fat cap on, these do not.
AKA, Culotte steaks, or Picanha in Brazil.
When vac packing them for the freezer, one small one got sampled.
The package:

Lightly salted for about 30 minutes, dried well, cooked over lump with the basket on a tuna can.


Couldn't get a good focus with my cell, but you get the idea.

Tender as all get out, juicy, with big beef flavor, as expected from sirloin.
A couple of bites did have a very small piece of connective tissue, but the trade off is worth it.
For the price, I say give them a try if you can find them.
