4th of July Butt Cook

Decided to do the pulled pork a little different this year. Saw this on Food Network a few weeks ago and thought it looked great:

A good nights sleep and woke up to this:

Had a house (technically backyard) full of folks so it was too crazy to snap the ABT's and pineapple on the Performer. Also made Keri's Hog-Apple Baked Beans with this BBQ sauce and some wasabi baked potato salad.

Nice cook. I love the Hawaiian twist on the PP sammy.
 
Thanks for the kind words fellas.

If anyone is looking for a different way to make pulled pork, I can't recommend this recipe enough. From the rub, to the vinegar sauce to the relish, it was really good.

My wife has advised that I'm not to cook pulled pork any other way for awhile.
