32 Whole Wings on the 22" Kettle

Brushed 32 whole wings with Olive Oil, seasoned with Adobo Lemon Pepper and Old Bay. Added my 2nd rack and grilled them indirect for 1 hour. Temperature was 400*. After the hour I put them on the direct side to crisp up the skin and give them some color. They came out great!

I've done the same thing, used the hover grate I got with my smokenator because I misjudged how much room I needed.

Whole chicken wings are, so far, my favourite thing to make on my 22" kettle!!!
