Cooked for my inlaws. (20-25 people)

5lbs Kalbi marinated short ribs
8lbs wings + smoked with hickory
Vegi/shrimp kabobs
Yam potatoes
Burgers/hotdogs/sausages
Salmon Plank
Corn



















 
Look up the word BBQ and a picture Matthew's cook should be there. That's what it's all about Matthew, nicely done!
 
WOW!! That is an awesome cook Matthew, everything looks so good and I'm sure everyone enjoy the food.
 
great use of many grills to do so much and different types of food and it looks like you pulled it off very well.
Have a cold one or two.

Funny, I feel the same... but 5 or more people. It was funny when I dump the smoked wings in the tray. It became pretty quiet and I can see the pile of bones getting bigger on each persons plate.

If not BBQing, then sleep. My 2 year old drains me. Been a lifetime computer geek, until I saw a post of a mini WSM build last year on here. Bought myself a performer and Q last year and got hooked on cooking. Made the mini this spring and now hooked on smoking everything. It's extremely satisfying when your cook comes out perfect or a good learning experience when things go wrong.
