3.5 hour BB Ribs

My wife brought home ribs Friday night, so I soaked them overnight in Apple Juice with Brown Sugar Fired up the 18.5" WSM at 12:45 with two small chunks of Cherry wood for flavor. Planned cook was to be 4 hours at 250 degrees on the dome dial

Soaked for about 12 hours and wife's home made rub added about a half hour before going on the WSM

Going to go to the Flea Market in Concord Sunday to see if I can get a Comal. Tired of waiting for the one I ordered on Amazon

Trust me Ladies and Gents: you will not be getting a selfie from me that is similar to Chucks - not gonna happen :)
Chuck - nice lookin' ribs!

Great looking ribs, Chuck. Bet they were delicious. Feel the pain over the Giants. This funk doesn't seem like it will ever end.
