I got great advice from my first pizza cook on the WSK, and I greatly improved this cook. Yeah, it ugly but it made some nice pizza

My favorite tree is about to dump 100+ #’s of leaves

I don't think a pizza has to be perfectly round just taste good you're in I bet that tasted really good. Is that an oak tree?

I love homemade pizza.
For us pizza night is a real treat.
 
Looks like you share my struggle with shaping the dough.

I've watched several videos from Italian pros and regular Joes looking for tips. Letting the dough age at room temp for at least an hour or two before shaping helps, but I still struggle.

Chris Kimball said in an article that getting it up to 75 degrees for at least 30 minutes really helps. That will be part of my next effort.
