Brining a 22 pound bone-in breast for Christmas as I type this.
I want crisp skin, so no low and slow. Plan on 325-350*
what should I figure for smoking time per-pound on my 18" WSM with KBB?
Thanks and Merry Christmas all!

Good Lord, that's HUGE! My guess at that temp you'd want a bit over four hours. Based on temperature to weight equation. Cliff or the Dahls or Jim Lampe might be better educated than I but, that's where I'd work from, fine tuning as it gets farther along.

22 pound breast??
holey balls!

my mind is wandering.....

approximately 4 to 5½ hours at 325ºF for a 22lb BIRD (at 325-350)
add 20 minutes every time someone wants to see it.

Nope. We buy (for commercial use) 20-22 pound raw bone-in turkey breasts all the time. It's essentially a big bird without the legs and wings.
Sorry, I only think of a breast as being the breast only since that's all I've ever seen.
Still a biggun!

This time of the year in Florida you should be close to 3 hrs at those temps. Take it till 160ish.

I never cooked a turkey that big, however, I looked at my BBQ log. For several 8 pound turkey breasts it took me 2 hours to cook each time at about 350 degrees.
