Had the Binford 5100 (w/ Wicked Good briq's) and 6100 (w/ B&B Oak Lump) fired up for this with Cherry wood! Got some loin backs, seasoned w/ BRITU rub. Yard bird wangs in hot sauce. Squash dressing, pork sausage with bell chiles and sweet onions and my 1st ABT's. Used left over PP, chedder cheese and cream cheese stuffed in sweet chiles.
