Pork loin & homemade mac and cheese made with cheese I smoked this morning. Mac & cheese is always a success but starting with smoked cream & cheddar cheese put it over the top! Also used gouda-(which was supposed to be smoked also but got left on the counter) and parmesan.

A big thank you to Chris for the updated forum! Much simpler for loading pics (y)

That looks outstanding, Lewis! I'm stealing the smoked mac and cheese (with smoked cream)! :)

I smoked the cheese with an amazen tube filled with Weber's grillmasters blend pellets. I only smoked it for about 1 hour or so because the sun came out and started heating up the cooker. There was a very pronounced smoke flavor. More so on this method than just cooking regular mac & cheese on the smoker. Definitely not too much smoke though. I would have gotten complaints from my wife & kids.
