This 16-page, full-color cookbook measures 8.5" x 5.5" and features 5 pages of operating instructions and 9 pages of recipes.

Wish I'd bought one in 1988. But that cookbook would've been a must, not sure I'd figured out what to do with it.

I bought a Brinkman bullet smoker , about 1984 or 85. But it did not come with instructions and I never learned to operate it. It was eventually stolen off my patio and I was glad to see it go

The recipe for brisket says to add some bbq sauce to the water in the water pan.

I think it would be fun (for someone other than me) to cook every recipe in one of these cookbooks and see how they turn out.

1988.... My first brand new boat: Pro Star 190 I put 2.5K hours on that boat in the first year
My 2 biggest regrets:

1) Selling that boat
2) Trading my 1980 Chocolate Kettle for a brand new 2000 (I forget the brand) Home Depot gasser.... (I'm sure I'm going to hell for this one)
