This is an older cook I did. 15 slabs on the WSM 22.5 All cut St. Louis Style. Seasoned with Maulls Rub and sauced with Maulls BBQ sauce.

Dadgum brother...That's a boat load of ribs! They look great! How big of an Army were you feeding?! What kinda rib rack do you use? I have an el cheapo and need two side-by-side to support a full length rack.

The rib rack on top was a Weber.
The rack on the bottom was an elcheapo from Home Depot.
