14 Butts in 22.5" WSM


 
dang that guys quick, bet it took a butt load of time and charcoal refills, that's a huge heat sink for that size of a fire/smoker .
 
think for that many butts, i wooda added a heckava lot more wood than what he used...

still, a MAJOR fete!
 
Oh dang, imagine having to refill that charcoal through the door every time. That midsection had some weight on it. Would have loved to see the results.
 
Who is he feeding ?

I don't know Mr. Springer. I took a peek at his info on Instagram. He's a KCBS Judge (lifetime member) and a Weber enthusiast. Not only that, he's followed by Tony and Maribel. :D My guess, and that's all it is, it's going towards some folks who could use some help right now.
 
Okay do I really need one of these. It's not often that I cook for more than 40-100 people. I don't cook everyday like that. Maybe six days a week. Every other day. Once in a while. Okay I just want one.
