It has been awhile since I have posted a cook, but i've been too busy smoking and grilling to take pictures

Brined the 10 birds in water, salt and sugar for 5 hours. Spatchcock. Cavender's Greek seasoning. rosemary. thyme. Made a ring around one chimney for indirect cooking. Basted w/ butter and soy sauce. Birds took turns over direct heat to crisp up skin. My kids and their friends devoured them!
