I will be going to a July 4th Party and I wanted to make BB Ribs. Can i make them the day before and reheat on a grill ? If so how would i go about doing it or.... should I do something else? I have heard that grilling BB Ribs is hard and they come out chewy, maybe I misheard.

Taking some ribs on a trip but am not sure if the place we are staying has a grill to reheat the ribs. I was going to smoke em at home, foil, and refrigerate them for the 7 hour drive. I was just wondering the best way to reheat them in an oven just in case there is no grill at my disposal. Also...
I make fried chicken about once or twice a year. Has anyone found a good method for re-crisping it upon reheating? I do have a convection oven. I shallow-fry it in about 3/8" oil to get the coating set and lightly colored, then finish it on a rack over a sheet pan in the oven.
