Spun a couple of chicken halves last night and roasted some gold potatoes along with some multi colored carrots. Here's a few pic's.

Nice little 4 lb. bird.

Scrunched them on.

Applied a paste made with caraway, sage, fennel, corriander rosemary, paprika, garlic powder, flour, onion powder and oil. Let it sit in fridge for around 8 hours.

Got them spinning later that evening.

Roasted some gold potato wedges. Lemons just to provide flavor to the potatoes.

Also roasted some Rainbow Carrots.

Chicken had a great flavor from the spiced paste. It was extremely moist as well. It was a fun cook. Thank you all for looking.

That's a great looking meal Cliff. Just got a new rotisserie for my gasser and have been try different cooks, really like it.

WOW!! Cliff, you nailed that one. Everything looks delicious and really like the rub on the chicken.

Looking good!
Any particular reason why you put chicken halves and not the whole chicken on the rotisserie?

Thank you everyone!

Nope. I just wanted to serve halves so to change it up I split the bird first. The last couple I have done whole. Fun both ways.
