I read somewhere about pork collar and am not familiar with it. Has anyone cooked one? Would it be treated like a pork butt and can it be used for pulled pork?

Were down to maybe three in the area, I've gotten to know the closest one fairly well, I will let you know what Ernie and Eric have to say about price, it won't be as "fawncy" as SRF but, it will probably be pretty darned delicious!
I am with you all on pork neck (collar).
I find it one of the nicest cur,s, esp the chops for the braai. They don't get dry, bcause of the spread of the fat (if you know what I mean).
