White Bean Chicken Chili

Using my weed burner I fire roasted 2 pasilla peppers and 5 jalapenos, peeled and deveined them.

Took boneless chicken breasts and cut them lengthwise and gave them a quick sear on the grill, removed them to let them cool and chopped them up

The chicken and peppers chopped up along with a chopped onion

Sauteed the onion then added the chicken along with some flour, chili powder, Italian seasoning, cumin, water and chicken bouillon. Let that simmer till the chicken finished cooking then added a half bunch of cilantro, a little water and 3 cloves of garlic I blended using the blender along with a lb of cooked Great Northern beans. Cooked till the pot came up to another simmer.

Looks tasty John. It's finally cooling off in Texas, time to make some chili.

We had a similar recipe that we used to make (Indoor stove-top version).

Tasted GREAT (I'm sure that John's is even Better)
Only one drawback - white beans put me into "Holy Bejeepers, Batman! - Keep away from open flame!!" mode.
(especially when washed-down with a good beer or two or three) if you know what I mean
