We got a rib eye last week & thought we would give dry ageing a try.
Seasoned it up with some good old Tatonka Dust & Penzy's Chicago steak seasoning.
On the rotten egg @ 525*
Gave it a turn,
Added some shrimp seasoned w/ pepper & garlic salt
And here is your plate.
