Im so lazy today I didnt even want to make dinner. I didnt even make sides. So here is what I did....Chipotle marinade fresh out of the can. Grilled the thin pork chops got some tortillas and got the salsa. Came out pretty good. Thanks for looking.

Looks good to me Tony, its below zero here so the wife made curried chicken on the stove.

Wow below zero? It was 82 today I even had my moon roof open...

I'm starting to see a pattern here Tony...simple Tuesday, easy Wednesday, lazy Thursday? They all look great but I can't wait to see the finale!

Kim is right Tony, as usual. Last night was leftovers from the gumbo Nancy made Wednesday.

Atleast u used the kettle. I'll use my gas grill when I'm really feeling lazy. I could gobble those pork fajitas morning, noon, or night. Keep up the cooking. Thanks for posting.

I must confess...

My so called chipotle marinade was just chipotle hot sauce poured in a bag. I didn't even research what else to add.
