I'm a bit proud to have a nice pitplace to cook in and eat good bbq and drink nice beers with family and friend :) But i'm curious about yours too !! So i thought it would be nice to have a new thread on this forum where everybody can show their own pitplace :) This is mine:

Tonight i smoked some great seasoned chickenbreasts and brats with couple of unions and Heinz white beans on tomatosauce over applewood ! Homemade recipe for the chicken rub: (I just put some herbs i had together) * olive oil * worchester sauce * soy sauce * tabasco (Below all powder) *...

Today is brotha day and that means lots of beers, whisky, BBQ and soccer with my two brothers :) I used a basic bbq rub with some other stuff i found haha. As for smoke i used a couple of chunks of "peach wood". Never tried that before so i hope its good ! Normaly i smoke my ribs for about 4...

Yesterday i made JD sauce like Mark Dawson posted on this forum (http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?10860-Jack-Daniels-BBQ-Sauce). In stead of liquid smoke i smoked the sauce over hickory for 1 hour (indirect) and stired every 10mins. Very VERY nice love this sauce !

We had a store here in the NL which sold the Bone Sucking Sauce RibRub. But a year ago they stopped selling them :( Does anyone know the ingredients to make it myself ??? I really loved this rub on my ribs !! Thanks Don
