JD sauce

[Don - Pitmaster Don]

Yesterday i made JD sauce like Mark Dawson posted on this forum (http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?10860-Jack-Daniels-BBQ-Sauce).

In stead of liquid smoke i smoked the sauce over hickory for 1 hour (indirect) and stired every 10mins.

Very VERY nice love this sauce !

but i never thought you can actualy taste the smokey flavour by smoking the sauce instead of using liquid smoke !
Haha thats nog only funny, it's really good too
