    First cook on the WSM

    Well I had the first cookout on my weber, cooked 3lb chicken and some legs. 3 1/2 hour cook. It turned out prettywell for the first time. I used my V-burner wich was great, I had some hickory in a can on the burner that provided smoke. Would have wanted to try applewood. Does anyone know...

    V-burner

    I just got the circular V-burner for my WSM. I was wondering do I use water in the pan or skip that part. I decied to try out the Burner since I live in Iceland and the weather can be pretty tricky. But I love using coals so I guess I will use that over the summer time.
