Smoked this bird for about 4hrs at 250F, basted with melted butter twice during the cook. Once the breast hit 165F, I turned off the smoker, covered the turkey with foil and let it rest for a good hr or so. Very juicy and with a nice smoke ring. This bird tasted awesome!
Smoked these extra meaty ribs for 2hrs at 225F, wrapped for 2 hrs at 250F, then back on the smoker for about 15 minutes to firm them up a bit. Very tender and juicy :)
I picked up a small flat brisket from my local Aldi store, smoked 2hrs at 250F, wrapped in foil for 4 hrs, then rested for another 2 hrs, this method seems to work best on my smoker. Brisket was tender and juicy, it was really good! :)

I found a nice tri tip on sale for $2.99 lb, I used several chunks of Hickory wood, cooked it for about 25 minutes or so. When I sliced the tri tip, it was very tender and juicy :)
I saw a nice Salmon fillet at the store, seasoned it and cooked it on a plank of Ceder. I used some Pecan wood chunks for smoke. It took about 25 ish minutes or so to cook, fillet was very moist and tasty :).
