Ceder planked Salmon

I saw a nice Salmon fillet at the store, seasoned it and cooked it on a plank of Ceder. I used some Pecan wood chunks for smoke. It took about 25 ish minutes or so to cook, fillet was very moist and tasty .

That looks great and it’s how I also cook salmon—not just for the taste but it also keeps the grill clean.
