    Skin looks burnt, but tasted good. 350* was the temp on the turkey directions.Temps got away from so I had to finish in the oven.

    Hi All I was going to use my rotisserie to cook my 13 lb turkey @ 350 *either on Saturday or Sunday. Here is my problem my Fireboard drive /fan cable crapped out on me. IF I want to use my WSM 22 , I'm going to have to revert back to OLD school way. Just using the vents..Any tips or tricks...

    Fruita Wood... worth it?

    I have used Fruita Wood since I started smoking, bout 10 years ago. So far NO problems good chunks and good service.. I store the wood in box it came in my garage.. I always order the 30 lb box with 3 different woods.. I'm going to try the peach wood this time for all my pork. Dan
