This mus be a regional thing. Wife just checked our local Wally World and they didn't have it.

That's my hope as well, maybe even July 4th if they feel they've got too much in stock. I think I've got enough to last me through until Labor Day so hopefully that big sale will come and I can stock up for the winter.

What is in Costco and what is on their website do not always match-up. But, she just scored me two more twin packs (the limit). I'm going to run by there later today and grab another two, I think.

The wifey just left for Costco. I asked her to pick me up another two twin-packs (the limit per trip) of the Professional. Hopefully it's as good or better than the KBB. Never used it but it wouldn't surprise me if it's just a repackaging for the warehouse-type of stores.

Agreed, disappointing. That's 0.422/lb. I was in Costco yesterday and they had Kingsford Professional on sale for $15 for 18lb twin pack. That's 0.417/lb. Not sure of the difference.

Smoked two (2) 7 lb boneless pork butts from Costco overnight at 235 for about 14 hours. Smoked to an internal temp of 200. When I pulled it, I only about about 5.5 lbs. A roughly 40% yield seems very low to me. Usually, I'm averaging about 50-60% with boneless butts. Anyone else experience...
