    UK Based - heat sink options - anyone have any successful experiences to share?

    Dump the water and use lava rocks, I buy them at Home Depot $8 for 7lb. bag. Just cover with foil, works great! RonW.

    Buy an extra charcoal grate and clock it 90 degrees and attach the two grates to the charcoal ring with two or three SS hose clamps. It works for me. Good luck, RonW.

    Flavorizer bars I bought off eBay from "rcplanebuyer" just find your size, he was cheaper and the stainless steel was a thicker gauge. Good luck....
