    ApexBBQ will be cooking,that said, we will be incognito,(no signage) but our spot will be easy to find. check the map once you get there...anytime between 3:30a and 7am and then after 1:30p is cool.

No it was not Grand Champion competition BBQ, but for a restaurant, the Q was good and none of us left hungry...and all of us(incl. my 87 yr old great-aunt) had a nice little beer/pork fat buzz...

    Anything from Samuel Smiths, especially the Lager. The oatmeal stout is as good a breakfast beer as you can find...lovely way to start the day, as long as a nap is involved after the meat comes off.
